2. What we collect Through our website, application form, booking page and email: your name, email, company, website, role, information about your project (needs, timeline and estimated budget) and how you found us. We do not collect sensitive data or data from minors.

3. Why we use it To reply to your inquiry and assess fit; to schedule and hold calls; to prepare proposals, contracts and invoices; to deliver contracted projects; to send our newsletter, only if you ask for it; and to meet legal and tax obligations. We never sell or rent your data.

4. Service providers and international transfers We use providers that may store data outside Colombia, including Framer (website and forms), Google Workspace (email and calendar) and [newsletter provider]. By accepting this policy, you authorize these transfers for the purposes above.

5. Your rights You can access, update, correct or delete your data, withdraw your consent, and request proof of it. If you are in the European Union, you can also request data portability, object to processing and lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. In Colombia, complaints can be filed with the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio (SIC).

6. How to make a request Email hello@estudiovastago.com with the subject “Personal data”. We answer inquiries within 10 business days and requests for correction or deletion within 15 business days.

7. Retention and security We keep data only as long as needed for these purposes or required by law. Inquiries that do not become projects are deleted after [24] months. We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards.

8. Cookies and analytics Our site may use technical cookies and analytics tools to understand how it is used. This data is aggregated and does not identify you. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.

9. Changes Any substantial change will be published on this page with a new effective date.

This policy is governed by Colombian Law 1581 of 2012. The Spanish version prevails in case of discrepancy.
